Everyone can chooce their own spices to the Pyhä-Luosto summer adventure. The Pyhäjoki river takes the canoes and the visitor to breathtaking scenery - along the way one can stop to enjoy the well deserved rest and tasty snacks.
Or in the Amethyst mine on the top of the fell, one can explore the exciting world of the amethyst - hearing the storiest that have been tols for thousands of year and digging your own lucky amethyst, an amethyst that has been waiting for it's finder for the last 2000 million years.

Here are some examples of our wide selections..

Quad Safari to Husky and Reindeer Park
We meet at safari house. The guests get helmets and guides will give driving and safety instructions. The safari from safari house by forest scooters towards the Husky and Reindeer Park begins. You will meet 70 joyful sled dogs and at least 25 tame reindeer at the Park.We will have a guided tour at the park. We return to Luosto driving in changing terrain after a memorable day.

Fishing on The River Kitinen
The fishing trip starts with transportation by car from safari house to the harbor. A special equipped fishing boat takes us fishing on river Kitinen. Time to try your fortune in fishing! During our trip we go ashore, make a campfire and brew some coffee. We just enjoy the beautiful landscape, silence and natures own stories

Quad Safari to the Amethyst Mine
We meet at safari house. The guests get helmets and guides will give driving and safety instructions. Our safari to top of Lampivaara begins. First we will drive a short distance on roads till we arrive to the foot of Lampivaara. We start driving the track towards the top of Lampivaara in changing terrain. Maybe we meet some reindeer or other animals on our way to the top. The nature around us is typical for fells; we can see mountain birches. We stop on top of Lampivaara fell of which one can find the only operative amethyst mine in Europe. We will hear the fascinating story of the amethyst gemstone. We enter the mine itself and each participant can pick up his/her own lucky stone.
