ICE CLIMBING AT RUKA 
Newest activity is ice climbing at Ruka. 
After a short guidance given by the guide You can climb on different kinds of routes. Height about 20 meters. 
You do not need earlier climbing experience. Professional guides and top-quality equipment make Your ice climbing absolutely safe to do.

SAFARI TO THE RUSSIAN BORDER 
(1 person / snowmobile)
A safari from west to east, to the top of the magnificent Kuntivaara arctic hill, which is crowned with trees thickly covered in snow. 
The Russian border is just around the corner and the breath taking scenery over arctic wilderness will stay in our memories for days to come. 
During the safari we will enjoy soup lunch and coffee. Length of the challenging journey is about 100 km. 
Duration about 6 hours.

SNOWSHOE HIKE TO OULANKA NATIONAL PARK
We will pick you up from your place of accommodation to Nature and Adventure Centre Basecamp where you get all the equipment needed. We do a snowshoe hike through the snowy forest to Myllykoski rapid where we have coffee and sandwiches by a fire.
Total hiking distance is about 3 km.
Duration 3 hours.
