ICEBREAKER BY SNOWMOBILES
The day starts with a snowmobile safari from Kemi across the ice fields to Sampo Icebreaker where the crew welcomes you on board for a memorable cruise. On board M/S Sampo the program consists of ship presentation, visiting the engine room and the bridge, lunch in the ship’s cozy restaurant, and a possibility for ”arctic swim” (please note:  “arctic swim” for adults only!). The Captain hands the passengers an icebreaking diploma upon disembarkation. 
Back to Kemi with snowmobiles after the voyage.   
Duration:  6 hours (Snowmobile driving 2 hours/ max. 40 km)
Departure at 11:00 hrs for the daytime cruise and at 16:00 hrs for evening cruise.

CALL OF THE ICEFIELDS
During this 1-hour safari you'll be driving along the vast ice fields of the Bothnian Sea, “the Sea of Lapland”.  A photo stop will be made during the trip so that you can admire the landscape.

ACTION SAFARI
This 2-hour safari takes you across the ice fields of the Bothnian Sea and the River Kemi delta region.  A break for hot berry juice will be made during the safari.               Duration: 2 hours/max. 40 km

NATURE SAFARI
During the Nature Safari you’ll drive your snowmobile on the ice fields and in the woods.  You’ll also try your luck fishing through a hole in the ice and enjoy grilled sausages, coffee & sandwiches by campfire.

ADVENTURE SAFARI
This is for the adventure lover.  During the full-day safari the nature of Sea-Lapland will become familiar in both Finland and Sweden, as you’ll cross the national border with your snowmobile. The Gulf of Bothnia and its archipelago will be explored as will the snowclad woods.  Lunch is served in Sweden in a local inn.

IN SEARCH OF AURORA BOREALIS
Snowmobiling in the dark is an exciting experience.  You’ll set off in the evening well after the darkness has fallen and drive out across the ice fields to look-out points for Northern Lights, this incredibly beautiful arctic phenomenon which can only be viewed in the darkness and away from the towns’ articifical lights.  A hot beverage is enjoyed by campfire while your guide tells you about Aurora Borealis – both fact and fiction. Duration:  1,5 hours / max 20 km
