ARCTIC CHALETS
Chalets are beautifully located on the shore of a wilderness lake and in the rocky countryside of Lapland. The large windows display the nature, facing either towards the Pohtimo lake or towards Karhuvaara hill.
Restaurant and bar services are available close by, at the hotel on the other side of the lake, 200 – 400 m from the chalets.
Arctic Chalets (10 chalets)
The chalets are cosy and spacious, 58 m2 divided into a living room area with a kitchenette and a fireplace and a separate bedroom with a double bed. The loft of 15 m2 has twin beds.   Each chalet has its own sauna and bathroom with shower. Altogether the veranda and the terrace which are surrounding each chalet measure 21 m2.

HÄRKÄLAMPI COTTAGE
Log cottage buildt 2004.
Living room/ kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, sleeping loft, 2 mattresses,  washroom WC, open porch. Only cottage by the pond. Neighbouring cottage 400 metres away. Separate sauna building.
Equipment: Electric light, electric stove, fridge, electric heating, open fireplace, hot and cold water pipe from lake, shower, microwave oven, TV, radio, barbecue, boat. Deep, soft shore, good swimming opportunity from jetty. Drinking water delivered by owner.

LAKITUVAT APARTMENTS
Situated from Rovaniemi city centre about 3 km
The 10 high quality and well equipped houses (8 of which were built in Autumn 2004) are situated close to Lapland Hotels Sky Ounasvaara.
Facilities: 2 separate bedrooms, sauna, WC, combined kitchen and fireplace sitting area as well as a sleeping mezzanine. Kitchen with tableware for 10 persons, a mini stereo, TV, washing machine and hairdryer.  In addition some of the apartments have a Playstation2 game console or DVD player, and CD/ radio player and ADSL.

OUNASVAARAN PIRTIT – HOLIDAY VILLAGE
Located at the foot of Ounasvaara, in the Kemijoki River landscape. Location: Next to Ounasvaara Ski Centre, 3 km from the centre of Rovaniemi.
Accommodation in several apartments, example:
28 cabins for two persons in semi-detached houses (1-4 persons), two beds in the room and two beds on the open loft.
20 cabins for four persons in semi-detached houses (1-6 persons), 2 bedrooms and extra bed in the living room.
Also separate loghouse facing the river.

SOMOSENRANTA VILLA
New and highstandard villa, located rivershore Raudanjoki and surrounded by gorgeous nature Approx 25 km from Rovaniemi city centre.
