The K5 apartments are on a centrally-located, yet quiet spot in Levi Center. All services are a few minutes walk away. Cross-country skiing trails, snow mobiling trails and hiking routes can be accessed directly from the K5 premises. The down hill ski slope is a mere 400 meters away! 16 Apartments from 127m2- 4 bedrooms, 242m2-6 bedrooms, 281m2-7 bedrooms, All rooms are double rooms, with two beds that can be either joined together or kept separate.

IMMELKARTANO
Accommodation in a cosy wooden house with your very own privacy and still only 5 minutes from the center of Levi. Experience the famous Finnish sauna and Arctic atmosphere by the beautiful lake Immeljärvi. Immelkartano estate is surrounded by fell Kätkä and lake Immeljärvi. The scenery is impressive and ever-changing. If you are joining us in or around Christmas time or the following months, you will be sure to catch the "northern lights" as they light up the winter sky above you. Cozy wooden log house with 280 m² has room for up to twenty people. 
There are three double rooms on the first floor and five double rooms (four of them with an extra bed) on the second floor. Floors can be separated having their own toilet & shower, living room with open fireplace, TV, cd player, computer access and fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, refridgerator and dish washer. The sauna department on the first floor is big enough for ten people and has two showers, a washing machine and drier for clothes.

Apartments built in aprime location are cosy and fully equipped with all the modern amenities. A wide range of size categories makes it possible to accomodate both small and large groups.
ALPHOUSES: Each Alphouse (completed in 1998 and 2000) includes eight cozy apartments each with a private entrance. All apartments are fully equipped with a sauna, fireplace and firewood, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dish washer, oven, a complete set of tableware and cooking utensils, comfortable beds, a drying cupboard for clothes, hair dryer, iron and board, CD player, cable TV, and an outlet for external car heater. ALP STAR: The Alp Star apartments (completed in 2004) are cosy, first-class apartments with a high standard of equipment.
